the following:

 

Can you please tell me all of the allowances and payments and pension that
all illegal immigrants are entitles to and receive etc

 

Valid FOI request

Although you have sent your email to [1][Finance request email], it is not a
valid FOI request under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) as
it is a question rather than a request for access to specific documents. 
As such, your email is not considered a valid FOI request as Finance
cannot identify the document/s that you are requesting access to. 

 

Way forward

If you wish to submit a valid FOI request, please identify the documents
that you are requesting access to.  The statutory timeframe for processing
