Good afternoon,

FOI 22/95689 – ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF FREEDOM OF INFORMATION APPLICATION

I refer to your application (attached) received by the Environment,
Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate (EPSDD) on 25 July 2022,
in which you sought access to information under the Freedom of Information
Act 2016 (the Act).

 

Specifically you are seeking:

"the following information from the period of 1 January 2022 until the
date of this request (23 July 2022), a copy of any correspondence,
briefing material or reports regarding evidence that kangaroo grazing has
harmed any other native species or ecosystem..”

 

Decision

In accordance with section 40 of the FOI Act, the standard processing time
requires that a decision on access to documents must be made within 20
working days of receipt, being on or by 22 August 2022.
