Dear Mr Singh
Your request is incompetent. There is no “Freedom of Information Act” in
New South Wales. We propose to treat your request as an informal request
for information under the provisions of the New South Wales Government
Information (Public Access) Act 2009.
Your email of 3 May 2023 requests details of community grants issued to
organisations based in Sydney named “Turbans for Australia”, “Harman
Foundation” and “WAACI” for the last five years by the NSW Local
Government Grants Commission.
We can advise that the NSW Local Government Grants Commission has made no
grants to any organisations of these names during the period in question.
We trust that this information is of assistance.
Yours sincerely
