Freedom of Information Logs - FOI Request
Dear Federal Court of Australia,
I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for a complete copy of the departments' Freedom of Information (FOI) logs for the period 2013-2023, including any secondary departments controlled by the agency.
I request that this is provided as a document and not a simple redirect to the agency website as I am of the view that your online disclosure logs do not actively reflect your FOI requests that you have received in this period.
I would appreciate it if you could provide me with this information in an electronic format, such as a PDF or spreadsheet, if possible.
If there are any fees associated with fulfilling this request, please let me know in advance so that I can consider my options.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
Sincerely,
Watson Norwood

OFFICIAL
Dear Mr Norwood
I refer to your request, received on 6 May 2023 and communicated by email to [email address], for access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth) (FOI Act). I also refer to the letter from the Court with an accompanying invoice dated 22 May 2023.
As advised in the letter from the Court dated 22 May 2023, the Court exercised its discretion under the FOI Act and determined that you were liable to pay a charge for the processing of your FOI request. The estimated charge was set out in that letter and was assessed in accordance with the rates prescribed by the Freedom of Information (Charges) Regulations 2019. You were provided thirty (30) days to provide a response.
As that thirty (30) day period has now expired and you have not provided a response, your FOI request is taken to have been withdrawn as at 22 June 2023.
Kind regards
FOI Officer
