Freedom of Information Logs - FOI Request
Dear Australian Skills Quality Authority,
I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for a complete copy of the departments' Freedom of Information (FOI) logs for the period 2013-2023, including any secondary departments controlled by the agency.
I request that this is provided as a document and not a simple redirect to the agency website as I am of the view that your online disclosure logs do not actively reflect your FOI requests that you have received in this period.
I would appreciate it if you could provide me with this information in an electronic format, such as a PDF or spreadsheet, if possible.
If there are any fees associated with fulfilling this request, please let me know in advance so that I can consider my options.

It may be that you are seeking access to other documents under the Freedom of Information Act. Please clarify what documents you are seeking.
To assist ASQA in processing your request, please also provide the following in your response (if known):
• Any references numbers (for example: audit reference numbers/ FOI reference numbers):
• Names of specific documents (for example: ASQA decision records/audit reports);
• Names of specific people (names of people who sent or received correspondence to/from ASQA);
• Any other relevant information which would assist ASQA in conducting searches.
In order to progress your request into a form that meets the formal requirements of section 15, can you please consider and respond in writing to the FOI Team at your earliest convenience. I note, even if your request is accepted and complies with section 15 of the FOI Act, it may be that the work involved in processing your request is considered an unreasonable diversion of resources pursuant to section 24 of the FOI Act. Until clarification has been received, no further action in progressing your request will be taken by ASQA. The 30-day statutory time period for making a decision on your request has not started and will only commence once a valid request has been received.

A document with the FOI requests listed on ASQA's disclosure log can be created in pdf form, provided this is your request.
It is my understanding that you are not seeking access to the documents in the listings on the disclosure log.
