The ACCC holds documents relating to scams and there is a range of
publicly available information regarding investment scams more generally
for the period of 2018 - 2020 that can be accessed via the ACCC’s Scam
Watch website. These figures include the total value lost by victims of
investment scams by year.

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the number
of reports of forex (foreign exchange) scams received by the ACCC in each
of the last five years (from 2016 onwards).
