submit to the NSW Food Authority.

You’ll find the answers to you questions in there.

 

No warnings issued, no fines issued, and 95-100% food shops inspected per
year.

Dear Sharryn Sweeney,

I checked the forms you sent me and I cannot understand how you came to the conclusion the council inspected 95-100% of food businesses?

In 2015 there were 22 fixed premises food businesses categorised as high or medium risk and 14 inspections carried out... that's not 95%..

In 2014 it was 23 out of 25, that's 92%.

Am I missing something?
