Dear NSW Land and Housing Corporation,

I have requested an foi I on property’s for sale by the nsw government .

There is corruption going on with how these houses are been sold

Let me explain .

One , the department that looks after houses for sale , will never give you a list of “ what’s for sale by nsw goverment “

The reason is simple they are selling these houses to designated buyers . Not always but sometimes .

I have been gathering proof with a bunch of property freinds .

Nsw goverment gives instructions to realestate agents that prevents them from achieving the highest price .

And agents are bound by instructions from seller .

They tell the agent , “ get offers on property and at the end of certain time frame , we will accept The highest offer “ but “ under no circumstances can they give a “ indication of where the offer stands “

For example I had house I wanted to buy , I strictly said I would beat any offer ( on my application ). Just give me the opportunity to raise my bud , or an indication where my offer stands .

Agent said he was under instructions preventing him .

Even if I convince agent to tell me or my freinds and im top offer . ( if property selling for bargain). They will say property sold to someone else last minute, and when you rp data the the sold price only 500 - 2000 more everytime and normally can see owner details through rp data . Always blocked info because who ever is buying some of the “ bargain ones “. Don’t want you to know who they are . Any other property I can see new owner through rp data access.

I’m requesting that property’s been sold can be freely given to people when requested and real estate agents sell the property without instructions prevent them from getting highest bidder .
When council sell property’s for I payed rates they let people know these property’s are for this purpose and give you a list freely . So should nsw government upon request , shouldn’t be made under foi , just the department that manages , should give when people request .

Tom

Yours faithfully,

Tom Hopkins
