We consider it to be a formal request and will provide the following information:

The Digital Transformation Agency is a small and relatively new agency of the Commonwealth Government. My understanding is that we do not have any formal directions issued by the agency under Freedom of Information Legislation. However, the Agency is currently in the process of investigating options in regards to an Information Publication Scheme.
