Finalised refusals by country of citizenship (IMA Legacy Caseload statistics)
Dear Department of Home Affairs (formerly Department of Immigration and Border Protection),
I am seeking the statistics on finalised refusals of temporary protection visas by country of citizenship for the IMA Legacy Caseload process - for each month since the process has begun until present.
As an example, on your website under the heading 'Illegal Maritime Arrival legacy caseload' statistical reports are linked. The lastest report is "IMA Legacy Caseload, Report on the Processing Status and Outcomes, June 2018" https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/Reportsan... In this report there is a Table 3 'Main citizenships – finalised grants.' However there is no equivalent table for 'finalised refusals'. I am seeking the equivalent table for finalised refusals for each month of the IMA Legacy Caseload process until present.
Yours faithfully,
Aathavan
