Dear Department of Home Affairs,

There is a problem with the Skillselect site. It will not allow login. The message below is received even after submitting all correct details.

There was a problem with the specified user account. Please contact your security contact. (Reference : f22a7e81-0e68-45a7-ba0a-f87b11cde24d )

After having looked online, I have noticed many other users are faced with this problem and subsequently losing EOI Application which seems unacceptable.

Please let me know how this issue can be rectified whilst still keeping EOI Application in tact.

Refund of Visa fees

If you are seeking a refund of fees associated with your Visa, you should
contact the office where you lodged your visa application.  Details of our

Registered migration agents are authorised to provide immigration advice
or assistance, including advice regarding the lodgement of visa
applications. Further information on migration agents may be found
