Enquiries from investors or regulators about Bronte Capital

Department of the Treasury did not have the information requested.

Compliance Associate

Dear Department of the Treasury,

In a submission to Australian Parliament's Cooper review made multiple assertions about the custody of Bronte Capital and its customer funds.

Specifically he said Bronte has no access and Citco is the sole custodian preventing frauds like Trio Capital.

While this may true in Australia it has almost never been heard of and difficult to understand from our broker executions to delivery and settlement with a "prime broker".

The submission explicitly states that the document was reviewed by Ken Henry who was head of Australia's Treasury at the time and also staff at ASIC and ATO.

Documents about potential US investors (specifically based in NY or California) requesting verification of Bronte Capital, Christina Osmena, Frank Gu, Richard Butler or other marketing agents.

Thanks,

Blue Sky
