ACT mental health unit in 2003 engaged in prohibited diagnostic imaging practices by the reuse of material supplied by the Australian Federal Police in such a manner it endangered health and life of the intended victim.

Result of the verbal abuse is a complete lack of trust in your authority to do anything right let alone enforce the laws considering these jobs are well known to be given to the most senior professional/practitioner whom is less then 6 months away from retirement.

These seniour professional/practitioners live by an ideal that other rules which apply to private professional/practitioners simply do not exist for them - of which they may be correct as the ACT Government does not convict or investigate claims made by those subjected to this kind of malpractice and medical abuse.

People are being provided with no diagnosis, told to consent in peer group pressure tatic to a 400pf addiction which is administered as a injection so the neglect of family medical disease history can be forgotten and instead another level of abuse mounted upon the persons personal habbits (good thing smoking or drinking can cause cancer)

Dear Medicare Participation Review Committee,

Pursuant the Freedom of Information Act - Please provide an approximate number of persons affected by the misuse outlined in the previous document; use of prohibited diagnostic imaging practices (word of mouth, verbal information relay, act to commit a harm upon the person subjected to such 'imaging' if not endanger life).

Please provide number of persons medicated without proper medical review of family disease history.

Please provide number of persons subjected to peer-group pressure tatics to sell them medication (paid for by the tax payer)

Please provide number of persons suffering disease that also exists as risk of consuming medication administered after a verbal imaging of the person by ONE health worker that doesn't like the person and acts accordingly by dismissing their needs out of hand for the health workers need of getting another consumer (at any cost - not much wonder you attempt to harm people by using such methods of abuse where the victim has no manner to correct the record because you have either harmed them or removed their rights to inspect police held materials under mental health laws).

I am writing to request an internal review of Medicare Participation Review Committee's handling of my FOI request 'Engaged in prohibited diagnostic imaging practices causing unacceptable risks to clients and the public'.

Please review request and use all supplied information to find information (how many 'clients' have been subjected to further abuse after a time when Australian Federal Police manufacture a still image or verbal report that is taken from shaking video recording created between the police officers telling of rape jokes - And after the image or verbal report is further used to commit a form of abuse - does it make you happy to witness the Australian Federal Police using still images before attempting to medicate with complete neglect knowing that if they got paid then well you can too).

Oh to search for information look for the 'once-only' blood tests before offerings of a 400pf medical habit funded by the tax payer. And ask - what happened to the follow up studies

Thank you for the reply.

I understand - with information provided by a secondary request that I should of marked the request as you describe (other also advised medicare to obtain records)

I am sorry for sending dual requests in this manner but considering the fact the request outlines the criminal retrials of persons out side of the court system and billing medicare for it - you should of responded very differently, if anyone has been killed or injured as a result I will be very pleased to point them here to read your reply.

Whats it like to promote that cure for MH in reply and know you should include a list of possible ill and unwanted effects as a result of taking such advise, plenty of room so it was simply neglect and abuse to post that message in the form it was. fu good day, ill have someone contact you about this at a later date
