Emergency calls
Dear ACT Emergency Services Agency,
Could you please provide access to records of 000 calls since the later date of either 1 January 2005 or the date of the oldest infringement in the current record keeping system.
For each call, please provide the following classes of information:
-The service requested,
-The cause,
-The suburb of the caller,
-The suburb of the incident,
-The date,
-The time of day to the minute,
-The duration, and
-The outcome.
If any of these classes of information are not readily extractable from the current record keeping system, please omit them from the request.
Could you please provide the documents in a machine readable format such as csv or json.

Good afternoon Mr Gothe-Snape
I refer to your freedom of information request, which was received by the
ACT Emergency Services Agency on 29 April 2015 seeking information in
relation to ‘000 emergency calls’. We are currently processing your
request, however I note that the ACT Emergency Services Agency
communication centre receives calls for assistance on behalf of the ACT
Ambulance Service, ACT Fire and Rescue, ACT Rural Fire Service and the ACT
State Emergency Service. Calls for police assistance are directed to the
Australian Federal Police (AFP). As a Commonwealth agency, the AFP are not
covered by the ACT Freedom of Information Act 1989 and we are unable to
transfer your request to them. If you wish to apply to the AFP to receive
this information, the relevant access provisions can be found at the link
