Dear NSW Ministry of Health,

eMaternity is the electronic medical record (EMR) for all maternity outpatients encounters. This system collects significant personal data of maternity outpatients. This data is shared in a number of ways including via Mandatory Reporting that includes NSW Health Perinatal Data Collection (PDC) that is uploaded to NSW Health Edward Data Warehouse.

I'd like to request copies of:

* The latest personal data privacy policies that apply to this system.
* The latest documents that include details of who this data is shared with, what data is shared, and why and how it is used by those groups.

Please treat this as an informal request.
