the ‘Documentary Producer Program’ section on page 82. We can therefore
provide access to this information on an administrative basis.

 

Screen Australia does not customarily release to the public the total
budget or copies of budgets for funded projects or other commercial or
financial information about its funding recipients.

 

Revision of scope of request

 

Could you please confirm:

 

o that you are happy for us to release the information about the total
amount of funding provided by Screen Australia administratively and if
so, withdraw this portion of the request and acknowledge receipt of
this information as linked above;
o you would like to revise the scope of your request for the purposes of
the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) (s15(2)(aa)) by limiting
it to the remaining information (not covered by the Annual Report
above):

 1. The total budget of the project; and
 2. A copy of the budget document for the project.

 

Clarification of request

 

I note that Screen Australia holds multiple kinds of documents including
application materials, correspondence and documents in draft and final
form in relation to projects it funds.

 

Once (and if) you have confirmed whether you would like to revise the
scope of your request as outlined above, could you please clarify the
following:

 

 1. In relation to item 1, whether you are only seeking documents which
indicate the final total budget of the project as funded by Screen
Australia; and
 2. In relation to item 2, whether you are only seeking the final budget
document for the project as funded by Screen Australia.

 

Your request appears to relate to the film, Ella but then later
references, Freeman. Confirm that this request does in fact relate to Ella
and not Freeman.
