Could you please advise how far off an "easement for support" can you build a concrete pool structure given the waters edge remains 1 meter from the boundry

Hi Scott

I general all structures including pools are required to be clear of any easement zone. For example if the easement for support is 1.2 metres wide the entire pool is to be clear of that 1.2 metre zone.
