Dear Dubbo City Council,

I am requesting any documents or communications pertaining to the ending of water fluoridation by Dubbo Regional Council which occurred approximately in 2018.

I know that a request could be made under the provisions of the Government
Information (Public Access) (GIPA) Act. Requests for information under the
Government Information (Public Access) Act typically must accompanied by the
application fee and other additional information.
However I believe that this information is in the public interest and any fees should be waived, or please consider this an informal request to do so.
