Dear Mr Monceaux,

I am writing to seek your assistance in narrowing the scope of your request.

Your request asks for a copy of "any existing drafts", noting that CSIRO holds a significant number of drafts and versions of drafts on record I am seeking your consent to narrow the scope of your request to the "latest draft", that is one (1) document.

You do not need to revise the scope of your request, this is a request designed to expedite the processing time.

Please do call me, should you wish to discuss, or have any further questions.

Kind regards,

Beth Maloney
