Dear FOI,
Please treat this as an administrative request for clarification.
In the letter of decision you have indicated that Document 4 has had some content removed under section 47C of the FOI Act.
It is not clear the extent of the content that has been removed. There is only one reference to 's47C' in Document 4 (to the right of the first paragraph on page 2). But there are no defined regions to mark the area of the document that contained the content that was removed. Could you please clarify the extent of the content that was removed under this exemption?
Did you intend to remove the entirety of page 2?
Were there notes in the margin that were removed?
It would be helpful if you could update the documents to include markings showing the actual extent of the information that was removed.
Thanks,
Concerned Citizen
Dear Sir or Madam
Thank you for your enquiry below.
The material that was removed in Document 4 were comments in the margin of
the document that contained deliberations which are exempt under section
47C of the FOI Act for the reasons outlined in the Notice of Decision.
Please see attached where we have updated Document 4 accordingly.
We hope this response has been of assistance.
