Dear Department of Human Services,
Please provide a copy of all emails and attachments sent from Telstra to managers within DHS contact centres over 2016.
I exclude duplicates of documents, the personal details of individuals who are not employed or contracted by the department or government, and direct phone numbers of non-SES officers. I do not consent to any other exclusions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Please initially consider if the information can be released under administrative access. If it cannot, please consider this a formal Freedom of Information request.
I also request that the cost associated with processing this request be waived. This data provides a valuable insight into public facing functions in one of the most funded department in the Government, and is entirely in the public interest.

Dear FOI.LEGAL.TEAM,
I understand that Telstra provides Managed Telecommunications Services to the Department, including to it's call centres. I understand that Telstra regularly emails managers in the Department responsible for call centres. I'm seeking a copy of that correspondence over 2016.
If it assists, I'm only interested in the regular reporting of data related to contact centres that are department managed, or managed by an external service provider.
