I wish to request any internal documentation by the ODPP used to inform the 'reasonable prospects of conviction' test of the NSW Prosecution Guidelines including but not limited to policies, procedures, briefing notes, thresholds of evidence, training notes, and so forth.

I do not wish to request the official NSW Prosecution Policy, but, any documentation that is possessed by the ODPP to inform or guide the application of the 'reasonable prospects of conviction' test in any way.
