I am writing to request access to certain departmental correspondence under section 13 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
I am specifically requesting any correspondence between 1 January 2021 and 6 October 2021 containing the phrase "Bob Cameron” and “Bendigo Health Chair ” and “Melbourne hospital COVID patients" and “Bendigo hospital covid patients” in relation to emergency powers employed under section 198 of the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008.
I am also seeking any potential charges arising from this request to be waived – I am a Injured ADF veterans complex case researcher who has been out of employment as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, and this request is made for furtherance of university-related research.

words. In order to enable an effective search to be undertaken, could you
please specify the general subject matter of the types of documents you
may be seeking? This will enable the department to search for the
documents within a specified area.
Please note, even with clarification, it may be that the work involved in
processing your request may be so large as to divert the resources of the
department substantially and unreasonably from its other operations and
further consultation may be necessary.
I would appreciate it if you would respond to the issues raised above
