Deaths of children due to neglect/abuse
Dear Department of Social Services,
I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information act 1982.
I wish to make an informal request for information and/or supporting documents regarding the deaths of children covered/investigated by child protective services in all states.
I would like to obtain information on the number of children under the age of 14 who were removed from their parents due to neglect, abuse, domestic violence and/or drug abuse who then died after being replaced in the care of their parents.
Kind regards,
Monique Dalby
