Current list of accredited Sponsors within Accounting, Auditing and Finance sector 2024 - 407 Training visa

The request was refused by Department of Home Affairs.

Dear Department of Home Affairs,

I want to make a similar request to DA24/04/00241, with data up to 30/06/2024, 31/07/2024 or up to the date this request is completed, whichever gives most up-to-date information. I want the information be displayed exactly as the request DA24/04/00241 with the same company list (or update if any changes), same 6 ANZSCO codes, except that, I want to know how many were sponsored for the 407 Training visa. And, if possible, what occupational training out of the three were the majority of employees under one company qualified and sponsored for.

Yours faithfully,

David

The Department of Home Affairs provides a Data Channel for data requests

intend to process this request under the Department’s Data Request process
unless you respond to this correspondence requesting a decision on your
request under the FOI Act.

You can find further information about the Data Channel here: [1]Data

improve skills in eligible occupation...)

If we have misinterpreted your request, please let us know by emailing
[2][email address] quoting the above reference

hardship to you, you can request a waiver or reduction of the charge.
Please set out the reasons you believe that you would experience financial
hardship and provide supporting evidence.

An example of financial hardship would be when payment of the charge would
leave you unable to provide food, accommodation, clothing, medical

other people for whom you are responsible.

Your request for a waiver or reduction of charge will be considered, and a
response sent to you within 30 days. Further information on charges is

Dear Department of Home Affairs,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department of Home Affairs's handling of my FOI request 'Current list of accredited Sponsors within Accounting, Auditing and Finance sector 2024 - 407 Training visa'.

No advice or guidance so far on how I could make my request easier for the Home Affairs department to process. Please advise of any amendments should be made to my request, as I would be happy to remove the parts indicated in my previous message to the Home Affairs to process it.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/c...

Yours faithfully,
David

Data Access Request, Department of Home Affairs

OFFICIAL

Hi David,

The relevant Business area advised: The applicant is seeking access to the number of Training (subclass 407) visa holders by: ANZSCO occupation; sponsor; and nomination type.

The Department can report on the number of Training (subclass 407) visa holders.

However, the visa holder’s occupation, sponsor and nomination type cannot be extracted due to the need to develop new computer code or script; or the Department would need to manually intervene to identify, interrogate and extract the data from over 5,000 individual client records - which would be an unreasonable diversion of resources.

Your revised request falls under the same response - .I am writing to request an internal review of Department of Home Affairs's handling of my FOI request 'Current list of accredited Sponsors within Accounting, Auditing and Finance sector 2024 - 407 Training visa'.

Please email [email address] with the following information to enable a refund of the charge you have paid to be processed.

· Bank Account Name

· Bank Account Number

· BSB Number

If you would like to provide feedback to the Department please see link below for details:

This request is now closed and will not be reopened.
