Cost Benefit Analysis of City Rail Loop
Dear VIC Department of Transport,
I would like to request any historical cost benefit analysis of the Melbourne city rail loop.
Yours faithfully,
Grace
Dear Grace,
Please submit your application on the Victorian Government FOI online portal at https://online.foi.vic.gov.au/foi/reques...
In the agency drop down menu, please select the Department of Transport to ensure the request is directed to the correct agency in addition to the statutory application fee of $30.60.
Section 17 of the Act requires that an applicant pay a prescribed fee for the request unless the fee is waived or reduced on the basis of hardship.
Please set out in writing any hardship grounds on which you rely in support of a fee waiver, attaching any relevant evidence, such as a current healthcare or pension card.
Planning for the City Rail Loop commenced in the 1960s, construction in the 1970s
Thus, please provide a clear timeframe in your FOI request and the kind of cost benefit analysis noting that consideration of costs would be a large and ongoing part of the project.
