There is an application fee of $30, should you wish to lodge the application.
Transport for NSW agencies are required to decide an access application within 20 working days of receiving the application (subject to any suspension or extension required).
Please review the TfNSW website information prior to making an application. Please note that an application will not guarantee access to the requested information.

May I ask why you want me to resubmit the same request ona different page when this should be applicaple, I also find the fact that you want a $30 fee just to look at an email laughable

Please see a link to the TfL branding the largest multi mode public Transport Operator company in the wolrd and they offer this on there website for all to access and find and not to be charged an initial fee of $30 just to read a request email that had to be logged on another system

I have submitted a formal request via this system, which given your Agency is a part of it now makes this legitimate
I will not request the information on another site, as I do not believe that you wish to charge $30 just for an email and then prob provide a bill for data collection on top of this to be fair
This is why I highlighted the fact that TfL does not restrict this and provides the infomation freely on their website
How you justify charging $30 just for someone to open an email for a FOI request I do not understand

Please can you adivse on what the inital fee of $30 is charged for as this is not explained on your website or stating what this is for?
Also as I dont know what entitiy within the TfNSW ornganisation has responcibility for the Branding Guidelines or if there are seprate documents per indiviidual sub element (TrainLink, SydneyTrains etc)
And your website staitng if you tick multiple boxes you are charged in Multiples of $30
