Dear FOI FOI,
Thank you for your advice.
I am happy to confine my present request to these MOUs between Australia and the Philippines:
- MOU on Enhanced Maritime Cooperation to strengthen existing civil and defence maritime commitments (2024)
- MOU on Cyber and critical technology to harden our resilience against cyber attacks and encourage cooperation on the digital economy (2024)
Regarding non-English language materials- the request is essentially concerned with the language texts in which the MOUs were concluded (which I assume should be in the same file or may otherwise be similarly located as with the English texts, as in the case of various intergovernmental treaties and agreements concluded by Australia with other States and international organisations).
On the above 2 MOUs, if they were ONLY concluded in one language text only (presumably English), I would be most grateful for a copy of these MOUs in that language text.
Thank you
Yours faithfully,
Tyler

[6]We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout
Australia, and their continuing connection to land, waters and community.
We pay our respects to all First Nations peoples, their cultures and to
their Elders, past, present and emerging.
