This is a request under the FOI Act for documents.
On your department's website, http://education.gov.au/public-universit..., you have an announcement about some budgetary changes. One section on the page heads "Changes to Higher Education Participation and Partnerships Programme". The next section heads "Consultation" wherein it says "Department of Education will be announcing details of consultations with institutions as part of planning for implementation of these new arrangements shortly".
An email from Department of Education to universities showed there was a talkfest consultation meeting(s) June 25th, morning and afternoon, in Canberra at the Department of Education. I request documents (details below) in regards to the
meeting.

I figure this is as good as it gets. Only a week after my request the Department of Education has sent the documents. No time even for them to write me a vanilla acknowledgment.
Page 32 and further of the "Within Scope" document shows the Australian Government's thinking on how to share the page 8 figure of $690 million between universities.
