Community Housing
Dear NSW Land and Housing Corporation,
I am a Tenant of Community Housing and would like information on the level of "Duty of Care" that transferred Tenants have? Is is the same level as they had previously? I would be grateful for any information you could give me. I would like to know if these Tenants can access the Ombudsman?
Yours faithfully,
Marie Sillars
