Hi FOI Officer.
Please refer below.
As previously advised, I have determined that the subject matter of the documents sought by Lou Dass is more closely connected with the functions of your agency, the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA), rather than the functions of Wyndham City Council. I am therefore transferring the request to you as per s18(2) of the FOI Act.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Evvie

Wyndham City Council acknowledges the Bunurong and Wadawurrung people as the Traditional Owners of the lands along either side of the Werribee Yulluk (River) and across Wyndham.
We recognise their care and connection to land, water and community over the past 60,000+ years.
We pay respect to Elders who always have, and always will, care for Country and community today and for future generations.
