We are a QLD based charity named 10 Cent Tom Limited who are ACNC and DGR registered.

Whilst most of our donations are received via 10c recyclable containers across the Gold Coast, we also collect donations via our website and are completing an application for approval in TAS to ensure we are covered for any donations received via our website by Tasmanian residents.

The form stipulates to request approval from the Commissioner for Corporate Affairs if we are incorporated outside of T.A.S which is the reason for this request today.
