Assistance to make a valid FOI request/Request for more information

At this stage, your FOI request is invalid as it does not provide enough
information to enable the department to search for documents (if any) in
its possession.  For an FOI request to be valid, you must provide such
information concerning the document as is reasonably necessary to enable
an officer of the department to identify it.  The department has a range
of portfolio responsibilities, including in relation to higher education,
childcare, employment, skills and schools.  Without additional contextual
information from you, the department is not able to identify relevant
areas of the department to conduct searches for the documents you have
requested. 

If you would like to proceed with your FOI request, would you please
provide more information in relation to the context in which you provided
the certificate and transcript to the Department.  For example, it would
be helpful if you could explain the purpose for you providing the
certificate and transcript to the department.  It might also be helpful if
