Good afternoon B P,

 

A notice of motion was put to Council and carried at the meeting held on
February 19, requesting the General Manager to provide a report detailing
and itemising the full and complete cost of the by-election to the
community.  The officer’s comments on that report advise that Council have
not yet received an invoice for the by-election from the NSW Electoral
Commission.

 

A copy of the report is published as item 6.5 in Council’s Business Paper
which can be accessed on Council’s website [1]Agenda of Ordinary Meeting -
Wednesday, February 19, 2025. The unconfirmed minutes from that meeting
