I refer to your email received by the Victorian Building Authority (VBA)
on 7 December 2022, in which you sought access to documents under the
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Vic.) (FOI Act). I apologise for the
delay in replying to you.

You advised that you are seeking access to the dates regarding the
Suspension/Cancellation of Registration for a specified practitioner, when
was it partially suspended and then completely cancelled.  

Under the FOI Professional Standards, where a document can properly be
provided to an applicant outside the Act, the agency must either:

(a) facilitate access to the document; or

(b) advise the applicant how the document can be accessed.

How to access the requested information

While your request is not currently valid under the FOI Act (as you have
