Your request was received by the Department of Education on 28 November 2022 and the 30 day statutory period for processing your request commenced from the day after that date. Interpretation of request

The scope of your request is unclear as it is not apparent which department Minister you are referring to. Could you please clarify whether you are referring to the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations or the Minister for Skills and Training and let us know by 4 December 2022. If we do not hear from you by that date, we will have to proceed with the formal section 24AB consultation process.

Charges

The department will advise you if a charge is payable to process your request and the amount of any such charge as soon as practicable. No charge is payable for providing a person with their own personal information.
