This request was partially successful. I did not pursue it because of the excessive charges, but part of the document has been released by the Health Department. See here: http://www.health.gov.au/internet/main/p...
However, these sections only refer to operational and organisational matters, and the materials disclosing priorities and advice for the incoming government have not been released

Considering replying requesting that all fees are waived as the documents are in the public interest. Write a spiel about why. :)
