BCC's and general public's views of BCC recording conversations (via audio) without knowledge of individuals.
Dear Brisbane City Council,
I am shocked that one of your officers recorded conversations (via audio) that been held at my private property without my knowledge. Believe in QLD you can record some one on video without their permission but not audio. The excuse has been used by the officer this is to keep them safe but I strongly believe that the general public should be alerted and permission be asked.
Yours faithfully,
FBCC
