Dear Australian Crime Commission,
I am lodging a request for documents pursuant the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
The document I seek is a document that has a header with the words "Carlton & United Breweries Superannuation Plan Participation Schedule" and on page 3 commences with the words "Schedule 2 - Sub-plan Provisions.
Page 3 includes the words "PART 1 - All Members"
The last page is number 96 and ends with Clause 7.10.
