Australian Federal Police Annual Reports 1990-1995
Dear National Library of Australia,
This request is an application for the purpose of the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
I would like to request the Australian Federal Police Annual Reports from the following years:
1990
1991
1992
1993
1994
1995
I have requested these specific annual reports from the Australian Federal Police (AFP), but their FOI team has suggested to refer to The National Library of Australia as the AFP only holds annual reports for the years prior to 1990 and the years post 1995.
Yours faithfully,
Chris H

Dear Chris H,
I refer to your freedom of information (FOI) request for the Australian
Federal Police Annual Reports for the years 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994
and 1995.
The National Library of Australia holds the Australian Federal Police
Annual Reports from 1981-present within its online and print collection.
Access to documents within the collection of library material maintained
by the National Library of Australia is not provided under the Freedom of
Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) as this material is specifically excluded
under section 13 of the FOI Act.
However, you can find online versions of all of the reports you are
seeking by [1]searching the National Library of Australia’s catalogue and
accessing the reports through the library’s online collection website
called ‘Trove’. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit the National
Library of Australia during opening hours to view these reports in our
Main Reading Room.
Based on the above, we will assume that you are withdrawing your FOI
request. However, if that is not that case, and you would prefer an
authorised decision maker to formally make a decision under the FOI Act
please let me know by return email by 13 January 2020.
Kind regards,
Kate
