Dear K. Wang,

Your access application under the Government Information (Public Access)
Act 2009 (NSW) (GIPA Act)

I refer to your GIPA application dated 20 August October 2024 and my
subsequent correspondence to you by email on 21 August 2024.

To be a valid application, an application fee of $30 is payable with your
application submission. This requirement is set out in s 41(1)(c)of the
GIPA Act. Your application does not meet this requirement. Rather than
refuse the validity of your application, I invited you on 21 August 2024
to provide proof of payment for the application fee which would allow me
to begin processing your application. To date, I have not received any
proof of payment.

Accordingly, I have decided that your application as submitted is invalid.
My decision is a reviewable decision, which means you may request a review
of this decision. Please find attached a fact sheet that explains your
review rights, and the steps to take in asserting these rights.

Should you decide you wish to proceed with your application, you are of
course welcome to make another application.

Yours sincerely,

Johanna Hetherington
