Dear National Disability Insurance Agency,
Just politely checking in again to ask for confirmation that this request that I made in late December has been registered and not slipped through the cracks, as it's been 46 days now without any formal, non-automated acknowledgment.
Kind regards,
Emily Lacey
Dear National Disability Insurance Agency,
I haven’t received any formal acknowledgment for this request that I made 56 days ago. On top of that, it’s almost a month overdue at this stage. Please reply.
Kind regards,
Emily Lacey
Dear National Disability Insurance Agency,
I know you aren’t able to conduct internal review this request as the statutory decision period has lapsed, but this is the only way it seems I can get this email flagged and hopefully received a response.
This request was made on the 20th of December (70 days ago) and I still haven’t received any acknowledgement or response beyond your automated reply, despite also sending 3 follow up emails (and now this 4th).
Please let me know what’s happening and when this request will be completed.
You can find my request and correspondence history at this address: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/a...
Thank you,
Emily Lacey
