Dear Tasmanian Office of Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading,
I would appreciate a response to our email of 16/12/24. It related to our Village operator's action/interpretation of the amended 2004 Retirement Villages Act. Seeing it is a month some urgency would be welcomed.
As a separate comment the method of emailing via your site doesn't provide me a copy. Can I access it somewhere?
Yours faithfully,
Kenneth Stewart
