Thank you for your email to the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.

The FOI team have assessed your email and has come to the conclusion that as this is a request for information rather than for documents, unfortunately this is not a valid request under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) and your request will not be actioned. The Guidelines issued by the Australian Information Commissioner under section 93A of the FOI Act (FOI Guidelines) further explain at paragraph 2.33, that the right of access is to existing documents, rather than to information and that an agency or minister is not required to create a new document in response to a request.

In order to be considered a valid request under the FOI Act, the application must specify that it is made for the purposes of the FOI Act (s15(2)(a)) and also provide such information about a document as is reasonably required to enable it to be identified (s15(2)(b)).

is this certificate valid in Australia? it has the ICC/ICJ stamp/ seals on the original certificate,

documents with sufficient information for the Department to be able to
identify those documents. You have not, to date, made a valid FOI request.

 

If you wish to make a valid FOI request, then you will need to provide
“such information concerning the document [or documents] you seek as is
reasonable necessary for officers of the Department to identify those
documents” as outlined in section 15(2)(b) of the FOI Act.

Yes I have quite a few documents concerning fraud, bankruptcy an slavery.

 

But how can I upload/send these documents to you?

 

Following document's are:

(1) later patent by Queen Elizabeth.

(2) UCC 1 filing statement from (Debtor) COA to (secured party)US, DC
Washington.

(3) The Bauer Foundation (TBf) documents, regarding the UCC codes an the
1930s Geneva bankruptcy.

(4) Sovereignty Certificate from the (FRRf) First Republic Registrar
foundation, from Lord Simon's - sovereign underwriter an ICJ/ICC
(International court of justice & International Criminal Court) Officer.

(5) RE: COA request for SEC (SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION) staff
consent to file shelf registration statement's.

 

I believe you have insufficient evidence to VALIDATE that    COA/Crown
land have no evidence to true SOVEREIGNTY over these sovereign Indigenous
(aboriginal) boundary's.

 

Why can't you's  just admit the truth and Stop delaying the real evidence
that the so called "COA and CROWN LAND is legitimate.

 

Whatever we civilians do we have to show ("EVIDENCE") such as, birth
certificate an photo I.D to bank statements ALL these information we have
to put up.

 

Now why just the government DO THE SAME.????
