What is the dispute between Builder Bathla and Blacktown City Council
Dear Blacktown City Council,
Address:1A Lerida Street & Ruby Street, Schofields.
Most properties in the Blacktown Council area have their waste collected by the Blacktown Council themselves. However, as the roads around the building are unfinished as well as a few other disputes with the builder (which I’m not privy to the details of), Blacktown Council has refused to collect the waste from our building.
Is this true? what was the issue?

The property development was approved only for private waste and recycling collection.
The property has been built for a MRV - Medium Rigid Vehicle to access and collect the waste/recycling.
We only use larger HRVs- Heavy Rigid Vehicles for residential waste and recycling collections.
