I am not required to provide ID for you to progress this request.
It is in the public interest to release documents relating to finalised investigations, including for particular people. This acts as a general deterrent to future conduct; a transparency and accountability measure for the use of intrusive powers; and, an anti-corruption measure.
I note that releasing documents and redacting personal information would be suitable. E.g. a search warrant for the address with names and other personal details redacted, but still showing the date, scope of warrant, offences being investigated, etc.
