Dear Mr Smith
I refer to your below email to the Australian Federal Police.
Based on my interpretation of your scope, you are seeking documents relating to the policy relating to assisted dying. Policy matters related to assisted dying would be best addressed to ACT Justice and Community Services (JACS) and the Commonwealth Attorney General's Department (AGD's).
You may wish to submit a request to JACS at the following link: https://justice.act.gov.au/about-us/free... and AGD's at the following link: https://www.ag.gov.au/rights-and-protect...
Based on the above information, could you please confirm if you wish to withdraw your request? If a response is not received by COB Monday, 8 August 2022, your request will be considered withdrawn.
Please contact the FOI Team if you have any further questions.
Kind regards
