COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
COVID-19 (Coronavirus) has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organisation (link). As the Department focuses its efforts on managing the impact of COVID-19 on its critical services and employees, other non-critical services may not be delivered within expected timeframes. Scope of request
You have requested access to the following:
Can you please provide the statistics for Visa Subclass 189 Skilled Independent points tested visas.
1. The number of 189 points tested visas lodged and on-hand as at 20th July 2020.
2. The number of 189 points tested visas lodged and on-hand, where the applicant is onshore versus number lodged and on-hand where applicant is offshore, as at 20th July 2020.

Duplicate documents

Publication of document
Where documents are released to you in response to your request, the Department may be required to publish these documents on its website within 10 working days in accordance with section 11C of the FOI Act. The document released (fa 200701254) has varying dates. The snapshot dates are dated as July 2019 in majority of the tables. But the request was for data for July 2020.
Can you please confirm why the snapshot dates are different to what was requested.
