I write to request information regarding policies in managing incoming reports from the ‘Snap Send Solve’ app and service.

How many of these reports were received by Darebin City Council over 2024? What is the breakdown of these reports (parking, garbage, vandalism)?
How many were resolved?
Does Darebin have a policy about reporting back to people who have filed a report? If so, what is the timeframe for a response?
