Good Morning Mr Norton
I am the allocated case manager and delegated decision maker in relation to your application below. You may not be aware but FOI Act was repealed in Queensland and the Right to Information Act 2009 (Qld) and the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) were enacted in 2009. Despite this your email application has been accepted as an application under the Right to Information Act 2009 as this is the appropriate Act when applying for information which is not your own personal information in Queensland.

As you are aware from our acknowledgement email, we are experiencing a high work load added to the impact of COVID19. I have reviewed your application and find it does not yet comply with the requirements of the Right to Information Act 200 (Qld). The attached consultation letter provides further information for your attention and action by 08/09/2020.

Kind Regards

E. Burns
